Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Opt-Out Choice

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and other applicable states have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data or its use for targeted advertising.

To submit a request to know, delete, correct, or opt-out of personal data sharing under your state's laws, please contact us using any of the following methods:

Verification Process: To protect your security, we verify consumer requests by matching personal details provided in your request (specifically your telephone number or caller ID) against records in our Ringba call logs.

5. Appeals Process (VA, CO, CT, TX, MT, OR Residents)

If we decline to take action on your privacy request, residents of states with formal appeal rights (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, and Oregon) may appeal our decision within 45 days. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California's "Shine the Light" law), California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses.
